EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY | THE BOLDT COMPANY: OPEN HOUSE

The Boldt Company held an open house event at their Wixom location, and I love how unique their event photography gallery turned out. When photographing anything- there are two options for lighting: modifying it with flash, or using its natural light. This warehouse did not have natural light, so I was about to use an elaborate lighting set up, until I realized that it would be best to photograph what I was seeing. I really focused on the genuine personalities of the employees to show their company culture, and embraced the warehouse’s environment- especially the lighting and the unique compositions I could create using what was there.
